Joseph Compagno, Senior Vice President at CBRE has been in the business since 2004 and leads CBRE's Net Lease Property Group Phoenix. Joseph and his team specialize in the sale of single and multi-tenant investment properties in Phoenix and throughout the United States. The CBRE Net Lease Property Group is a select group of CBRE agents across the US in major markets. This group speaks regularly to collaborate on current inventory, recent closings, and market trends.
Joseph is actively involved in commercial real estate organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He has led and organized the ICSC Phoenix Convention and the ULI Partnership Forum mentor groups for many years.
Joseph was raised in Wheaton, IL, a suburb of Chicago. He graduated from Arizona State University with a business marketing degree and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. He met his wife Tamara at the business school of Arizona State and they were married a few years later. They have two children and their family resides in the Arcadia neighborhood of Scottsdale, Arizona. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, hiking Camelback Mountain, traveling and spending time with his family.
Joseph and his family are devoted to helping others. Joseph and his wife have been mentors for first generation college students at a local charity called Neighborhood Ministries. This charity is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty in the Phoenix community through education. Additionally, Joe and his family have sponsored an impoverished child in Africa to attend school for many years through the Tanzania Africa Project at Scottsdale Bible Church.
