Joseph (“Joe”) R. Geivett brings his life experiences together in an industry that he is passionate about. With construction, engineering, real estate and business experience, Mr. Geivett is able to navigate thru the many pitfalls of real estate development.
Joe started his career as a civil engineer in 1990 after receiving a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. In 1994, Mr. Geivett and Mr. Towslee founded Pacific Land Design <http://www.pacland.com>, which became PACLAND <http://www.pacland.com>. Prior to selling his interest in PACLAND <http://www.pacland.com>, Mr. Geivett helped lead the firm’s growth to eight offices located in Washington, Oregon, California and Arizona. The track record of growth was recognized numerous times by the Puget Sound Business Journal. In 1995, Joe earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Seattle University. Since 1995, he has been actively involved in real estate development on his own behalf and for his investors. The relationships developed with the associates and communities they serve continue to contribute to Mr. Geivett’s success.
