Joseph (JJ) Keys Jr. is the Director of Leasing & Brokerage Services at Crossroads Companies (XRC). He is responsible for site acquisitions, leasing, sales, and the expansion and diversification of XRC’s real estate and client portfolio.
JJ has a background in real estate, communications, marketing and store development. Prior to joining XRC, JJ coordinated Apple store openings as well as store wide renovations across the continental U.S. JJ is a licensed real estate agent and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He graduated from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT in 2011 and joined XRC in 2018.
