Applied Physical GeographyJoey Lumsden specializes in tenant representation and property leasing throughout Houston and other Texas markets. Through meticulous site selections and lease negotiations Joey has helped many retailers and restaurant clients expand across Texas and has assisted property owners in leasing their shopping centers. Joey started his career as an intern at Staubach, he spent four years leasing shopping centers and assisting tenants with site selection at Newquest before joining Evergreen Commercial. Joey is certified in GIS, holds a broker’s real estate license in the state of Texas and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In his spare time, Joey enjoys spending time with his friends and family and hunting.
