Joseph Mauriello has been part of Toll brothers City Living since 2005. Currently, Joseph is the Director of Pre-Construction for the division and has centralized pre-development operations across all regional markets including NJ, NY, and DC metro. Joseph’s responsibilities include the oversight of all budgeting, procurement, and pre-construction design activities currently totaling over $1.6 billion of awarded contracts for the construction of over 4,600 condo and apartment units within 21 residential mixed-use projects. During his tenure, Joseph has also assisted with land acquisition due diligence, planning and zoning approvals, commercial lease management, sponsor board transition and the training and mentoring of new staff.
Prior to Joining Toll Brothers, Joseph was an eight- year employee at Turner Construction, an international Construction Services company, holding positions in purchasing, cost and scheduling, project management, engineering and field operations, completing commercial and residential projects ranging from $6 million to $108 million and was a member of their national staff mentoring committee. Joseph started his career as a Junior Designer/Draftsman in NJ-based architectural firms.
