Joe has over 25 years of experience in the Washington, DC commercial real estate market representing and advising both landlords and tenants. His experience encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate leasing for local and institutional owners, investors and developers. He has been involved in excess of 13 million square feet of office leasing. In the past 12 months, Joe has negotiated lease transactions valued at nearly $250,000,000, to include transactions involving 777 6th Street, 2020 K Street, 5301 Wisconsin Avenue, 1901 L Street and 1 Thomas Circle.
