Joseph J. Pietrafesa II, began his career in Real Estate after a successful tenure as a business executive. He was a Partner in a large manufacturing and marketing operation which produced apparel worldwide for over 25 years.
He began his Real Estate career in 2003 when he initially joined CBRE Syracuse office and soon became one of its Top Producers.
That was followed by joining Sperry Van Ness, where his practice changed substantially. Working predominantly as a "Buyers Broker", Pietrafesa built a strong base of clients and represented their purchase interests across America through his extensive contacts.
Today, Investment Real Estate Advisors works with Buyers and Sellers alike, specializing in deal sizes of 5-10 million dollars and with the express goal of bringing both sides together for a successful transaction and doing so in a timely manner.
In 2009, he added Retail Tenant Procurement to his consulting area, and has worked with developers and retail centers who are in search of Nationally and Internationally known retail tenants. His experience and contacts have ensured his clients first hand knowledge of the retail landscape.
Well versed in development and lease structures, He has been the lead driver on a ground-up 500,000 sq ft retail development and a seperate 100,000 sq ft big box procurement.
