He has qualified for the Million Dollar Club of the Atlanta Board of Realtors every year since 1998. Over the course of his 20 year career he has closed real estate transactions totaling over $550 million in lease and sales volume. These 600+ transactions have included industrial leases, industrial sales, office leases, office sales, investment sales and land sales.
He has qualified for the Million Dollar Club of the Atlanta Board of Realtors every year since 1998. Over his career, he has leased and sold over 3 million square feet of real estate valued at over $65 million. These transactions included industrial leases and sales, office leases and sales, investment sales, and land sales.
Prior to Wilson, Hull & Neal, he worked at Jamison Research, Inc. as Vice President of Research and Development. Jamison Research was the predecessor to CoStar and the source for commercial real estate information in Atlanta.
Joseph grew up in Atlanta and graduated from University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a BBA in real estate.
Joseph is actively involved in the Atlanta Board of Realtors and has worked on the Community Service Committee, the Showtime Event Committee, and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Young Council of Realtors. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and the Atlanta Steeplechase Committee.
His clients include The Coca-Cola Bottler's Association, Kellogg's, John Deere Landscapes, Roofing & Insulation Supply, The Titan Network, RREEF, Cabot, Pattillo Construction, and The Meadows Development Corporation.
