Josh Chapman serves as President of Linco, a real estate services firm based in Carrollton, Georgia. Joining Linco in 2001, Josh expanded a small development company into a full-service real estate firm. With over two decades of experience, Josh has transitioned from focusing solely on development projects to overseeing all our services which include property management, brokerage, development and investment. Projects developed or managed under Josh’s leadership include mixed-use, multi-family, senior living, medical and private office buildings, hotels, and retail shopping centers.
A Carrollton native and Carrollton High School graduate, Josh holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia. Beyond his professional role, he currently serves the West Georgia community on various boards and advisory councils.
