Josh hails from Decatur, AL, but his heart found its home in Murfreesboro during his college years, and he's been rooted there since 2000. Together with his lovely wife Amy, they nurture a bustling household blessed with three children: Isaac, Georgia, and Harrison. Family devotion is at the core of Josh's identity, alongside his roles as a dedicated husband, father, Commercial Real Estate Agent, Residential Real Estate Agent, Developer, and Real Estate Investor.
In his rare moments of respite, you'll likely find Josh immersing himself in the latest Auburn football updates, casting lines in both saltwater and freshwater for the next big catch, tinkering with his golf game (admittedly a work in progress), or diving into DIY projects. Unabashedly, he confesses to curating a Pinterest page brimming with home renovation projects and ideas.
Josh's academic journey led him to Middle Tennessee State University, where he pursued a B.S. in the Recording Industry. Following his graduation in 2003, he ventured into the music industry, delving into artist management alongside a roster of exceptional talents. However, his innate passion for fostering connections with people and homes ultimately steered him toward a career in Real Estate. Having traversed the terrain of homeownership with four transactions within eight years, Josh recognized his calling and made the leap into real estate as a profession.
