Josh Goldfarb has the primary responsibility of overseeing the direction and growth of Modus Capital as well as cultivating and maintaining client relationships.

Josh was recognized as the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS Top 10 Investment Sales Brokers in GA from 2012 through 2020, with several of those years holding the #1 position. In his career, Josh has brokered or overseen more than $30 billion in multifamily investments.

Josh has served on the Board of Directors of the Buckhead Coalition, Sanders YMCA Buckhead, Castlewood Civic Association and NewBlue Inc. and holds a BS/BA in Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship (Eller School of Business) from the University of Arizona. He is an endurance swimmer and cyclist and collects classic sports cars.
