A Phoenix resident since 1977 with over 10 years experience in Commercial Real Estate, Josh Gosnell specializes in tenant and landlord representation, land sales, and pre-leasing and leasing of new developments in Arizona. Josh provides innovative retail real estate solutions for his clients that increase revenue while decreasing occupancy costs for both owners and tenants alike.
