Josh Hamill is Senior Managing Director of Savills Calgary office, where he leads a team of tenant-focused brokers serving Western Canada.
At Savills, Josh's team specializes in office and industrial tenant representation, consulting services, strategic planning, financial analysis, portfolio solutions, disposition and investment sales. For over a decade in commercial real estate, Josh has provided a full array of tenant advisory services, from workforce and incentives strategy through financial analysis, lease negotiations, transaction management and workplace strategy and occupant experience advisory.
Josh joined Savills in 2019 after a decade with Cresa, where he was Principal of the firm’s Alberta office.
Josh earned Cresa’s Top Producer Award in 2016, 2017 and 2018. He is an active volunteer with several local charities, including Ronald McDonald House, Unlocking Potential Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society and Prostate Cancer Foundation.
