Bio
Mr. Hirsh is an Executive Managing Director with JLL and co-leads one of the firm’s top teams in the US. The team consists of 15 professionals focused on analytics, transaction management, development and real estate finance. Mr. Hirsh himself focuses on office tenant representation and development advisory where he works with clients on corporate strategy as well as various types of real estate financing. He has extensive experience in build-to-suits, site selection, large-scale portfolio analytics and optimization strategies. Some of Mr. Hirsh’s major clients include Merrill Lynch, ABB, Emory University, Vanderbilt Medical Center, Aderant, Deutsche Banc, Spanx and Atlanta Braves.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Hirsh was a Corporate Managing Director with Studley where he spent 13 years. He was selected as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 in 2009. He has been a Costar National Power Broker for the past seven years.
