Josh graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration; he has a Master in Real Estate Development from Auburn University and also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Josh has 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, including areas of development, construction, management, leasing, and sales. He has served as managing partner for boutique condominium projects in Charleston, SC. He has managed multiple apartment, condominium, and commercial projects from concept to disposition, and continues to manage the many aspects of residential and commercial projects and neighborhoods with a focus on strategic planning.
His community work includes a former position on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Redevelopment Authority of Montgomery, and he is also a Member of the Chamber’s Committee of 100.
