Josh Reilly specializes in the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties in the Orange County area. Mr. Reilly has over ten years of commercial real estate experience. One of Mr. Reilly’s value–added attributes that he brings to Lee & Associates is his extensive education and his financial analytical background. Mr. Reilly’s ability to help his clients understand the financial side of the transaction is an invaluable asset. Over Mr. Reilly’s commercial real estate career, he has concentrated his advisory services on both Landlord and Tenant Representation as well as Seller and Buyer Representation.
Prior to Mr. Reilly’s career in commercial real estate, he was a Financial Analyst and Underwriter in the Finance department at PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. There, he analyzed and forecasted PacifiCare’s healthcare costs and assessed risk for PacifiCare’s Group Health Plans.
