Josh Suardini is a Vice President of Etkin, a full-service real estate
organization engaged in the development, acquisition, management and
marketing of office, industrial, storage, retail, hotel and mixed-use
properties. Formed in 1982, the company is also actively involved in feebased property management and development services on behalf of third
party owners. To date, Etkin has developed more than 60 high-profile
properties consisting of over 9.5 million square feet of commercial space.
As one of the leading build-to-suit developers in the Midwest, Etkin is often
singled- out by major corporations and professional firms to develop and
manage their facilities.
Josh is a graduate of Michigan Technological University and Walsh
College. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has a State of Michigan
Real Estate License. As Vice President, Josh is responsible for day-today management of leasing, development, design and construction of
Etkin’s portfolio.
Josh has also served as Owner’s Representative on several high- profile
projects, as well as consulting with regional lending institutions on project
feasibilities and inspection reporting. He has an impressive knowledge of
construction and leasing and is known for completing projects on time and
within budget.
Josh was born in Michigan and has spent his entire life there. He lives in
the Brighton area with his wife and two sons.
