Bio
Josh Videlefsky joined OA Development, Inc. in 2017 as its Acquisition and Asset Manager. He actively seeks out new investment opportunities to grow the company’s portfolio, with responsibilities including underwriting incoming opportunities, performing due diligence, organizing financing, and assisting in the closing process. In addition to acquisitions, Josh is involved in asset management, strategically looking at the company’s current portfolio and working alongside OA Development to optimize returns and mitigate risk.
Josh joined Q10|iCap Realty Advisors in 2015 as an analyst, supporting the production team in the debt placement process. Josh was directly involved in the underwriting, placement, and closing of more than 35 loans totaling more than $170 million. Prior to joining Q10|iCap Realty Advisors, Josh traveled in Tel-Aviv, London, and Berlin, all within the commercial real estate field.
Josh resides in Atlanta and is involved in the Daffodil Project, a non-profit dedicated to building a living memorial of the 1.5 million children who perished in the Holocaust, as well as preventing genocide in the world today. Josh graduated from Tulane University in May 2014, where he obtained a BSM in Finance and a minor in Jewish Studies.
