Josh White joined CBRE in 2012 and is a 20+ year veteran. He is a well known leader within CBRE and co-leads one of the most successful office tenant representation teams in Dallas. His team has closed 500+ transactions totaling $4 Billion in consideration and 40+ Million SF. Josh specializes in the corporate representation of clients by providing them with strong analytical and market knowledge regarding facilities planning, site selection, and the negotiation process.
His experience ranges from local acquisitions and build-to-suits, to managing international portfolios. Josh focuses on bringing integrated solutions to organizations with robust real estate portfolios, as well as organizations beginning to expand and grow their footprint in the region and on a national level.
