Josh comes from a family rooted in the Oklahoma Real Estate market, this upbringing granted him a front row seat as he witnessed the many sides there are to the industry. He enjoyed the excitement of the industry and it was inevitable that he would end up in the business. This well-rounded perspective allows him to assist clients in expanding their investment portfolios. Josh specializes in building portfolio value through strategic acquisitions, leasing, management, and disposition. He works with investors and business owners to ensure successful undertakings and their understanding of their investments. His accommodating nature is enhanced by his work ethic as he always strives to exceed expectations.
Josh is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation that signifies his expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis. While his Marketing degree from the Oklahoma City University, has assisted his understanding of products and finding the right clients, it is his 22 years of experience and the relationships he has fostered over time that have resulted in success for his clients.
Josh has been recognized for his dedicated approach and has been the recipient of the Co-Star Power Broker Award as well as the 40 Under 40 Award.
When not working, Josh can often be found with his family or in church where he is an active member.
