Joshua Aguilar joined CBRE in January 2012. Since Joining CBRE, Mr. Aguilar has been involved in transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in value totaling over 20,000,000 SF. Some of the clients represented by Mr. Aguilar include Yazaki, Trane Technologies, Caterpillar, McKesson, Amazon, Truper and Home Depot to name a few.
Mr. Aguilar currently works as an industrial specialist in both tenant and landlord representation where he excels in lease negotiation, space procurement, relocation management, evaluation of real estate needs and recommending creative solutions and build-to-suit projects. Joshua demonstrates an extensive knowledge of the industrial markets in the San Antonio and Laredo, TX markets. Mr. Aguilar continues his focus on both Landlord and Tenant representation.
