Josh’s twenty-two years of Real Estate experience started in 1996 as a job while attending college in Southeast Idaho. It wasn’t until after graduating with a Biochemistry Degree from Idaho State University that he realized the Real Estate Industry would be a rewarding career. Josh joined the Sun Valley Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Team team in 2018 where he works closely with his associates to ensure that his clients find their dream property. Josh continues to strive not only for personal excellence, but excellence from the other associates that surround him. When not working, Josh can be found recreating in the beautiful mountains of Central Idaho that surround his home in Hailey, Idaho, or perhaps responding to a fire or medical call as a EMT/Firefighter with Wood River Fire and Rescue.
