I've been a lender since 1989 and a Realtor since 1998. In that time I have listed, sold, financed, developed, and managed over $200 Million! My primary focus is listing properties for sale; Luxury residential, commercial, investment and property rights. I also advocate for affordable housing initiatives including our City's First Time Homebuyer Program. I've lived in Marathon, Florida, the heart of the Florida Keys, for 27 years and loved every minute of it. I completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in the mid 2000's and have owned and operated my own Mortgage Brokerage Business. The Real Estate portion of my business is over $100Million of the $200 million aggregate mentioned above. While Real Estate is primarily an emotional process, I find the best way to assist my clients is to maintain soldi lines of communication and smooth out issues before they become problems.
