Joshua D. Wild (“JD”), is the managing partner of the ELEVATED brands and the co-founder of Elevated Residential, the firm’s luxury sales and marketing firm. JD is the strategic leader and managing partner for all of the Elevated Companies. He’s built a team of professionals across several disciplines that are passionate and committed to the core principles of the firm: loyalty, integrity, and hustle. He provides the entrepreneurial spirit and direction of the company’s operations. He’s optimistic, determined, and convinced he can build a better mousetrap.
JD has been the catalyst and a pivotal piece in all phases of ELEVATED’s growth since its founding in 2012. He sources, analyzes, and entitles the real estate development projects; he handles the business development and the strategic direction of the real estate brokerage; he owns and operates the construction company that self-performs all of ELEVATED’s construction work.
JD operates from a growth mindset and uses meditation and intention setting daily to keep the firm on track of its path. He’s a thought leader who believes in serving others with truth and honesty. He’s obsessed with closing the gap between the firm’s achievements and their potential.
JD lives in Milton, MA with his wife Alex, their two boys Enzo and Nico, and his two dogs Angus and Frankie. He graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk Law and attended Merrimack College where he was a 4 year starter and captain of the football team.
