Joshua Yaris joined Marcus & Millichap in 2018 as a full-time commercial investment sales specialist. As part of the Agnew | Serling group, he excels in building long lasting relationships with his clients in order to help them achieve their financial goals and aspirations. Joshua graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and spent his time there living in different areas of the San Fernando Valley, which has allowed him to gain a true understanding of the marketplace. This coupled with the experience he gained in the real estate club in college, allowed him to see success as a commercial agent.
Joshua has exceled since starting in 2018 and earned 2019 Rookie of the Year and the 2019 Pace Setter Award. He prides himself in his approachable personality, frequency in communication, and expertise of his marketplace, all of which have allowed him to gain and keep the trust of the clients he works with.
