Joyce Aparicio has been in the real estate industry for over 14 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in various aspects of Real Estate including, mortgages, property management, flipping, and sales. As of 2011, she enjoys working at Coldwell Banker as a full-time Realtor and leads The Aparicio Team at Coldwell Banker Realty. Her work ability includes servicing buyers, sellers, and property owners in residential and commercial real estate. Joyce is also a relocation specialist, as well as an investment property specialist. Her dedication to clients and strong work ethic has helped her become a top producing Realtor as of 2013. One of Joyce's greatest strengths includes her strong negotiation skills and using the current technology and resources Coldwell Banker has to offer. Additionally, Joyce earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, as an Honor's Scholar and she still takes classes towards her MBA. Having grown up in West Hartford, she enjoys taking part and supporting several local organizations in her hometown and surrounding towns. She fulfills her passion to volunteer and give back to the community and is involved with Parent Association at Renbrook School in West Hartford, where her 13-year-old son attends school. During her free time, Joyce has fun practicing yoga and taking salsa lessons.
