Joyce credits her family background of farming for her strong work ethic. She says her parents taught their children that if you do what you love, you never work a day in your life. Helping people comes easy to her and she loves it. She feels it is important to always do what is needed to make the home buying or selling process for her clients an enjoyable experience. Her goal is to facilitate the transaction with the other side to make for as few complications to the process as possible. When time and weather allow, Joyce and her husband always try to spend time with family and friends boating on one of the many nearby lakes.
