JR is involved in tenant representation and site selection for retailers, land acquisition for shopping center developers and project representation. J.R. has handled numerous transactions with national development corporations and retailers. Prior to joining the company, J.R. spent time with The Shopping Center Group and Sembler Company, a leading shopping center development firm in Florida. He was responsible for all phases of the development process including land acquisition, tenant negotiation, marketing, pro forma analysis, site layout, and governmental approval processes.
