As the GTA Office Research Manager of Canada's largest office market, Juana Ross is responsible for all quarter-end stats processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy required to deliver industry-leading insights to clients.
Along with the research teams in Toronto’s east and west suburban offices, Juana provides full research support services to leasing professionals, ensuring they are backed by the most timely and accurate research available to manage client requirements.
Juana also plays a key role in the development of external reports, including the quarterly GTA MarketBeat Report (considered the “gold standard” in the industry), forecasts, the quarterly e-newsletter *Street Smarts*, and media releases.
Reporting to the National Director of Research, Juana is also engaged in national and global initiatives.
