As a realtor since 2006, she has continuously adapted to the evolving real estate market in Alabama. Juanita previously served as the President of the West Alabama Multiple Listing Service and now currently serves as a director for the board of the Alabama Association of Realtors.
On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, Juanita was sworn in as the 2023 President of the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors, making her the first African-American President in the organization's 74-year history.
