Currently serving as the Founder & President of Lee & Associates Tampa Bay, Julia has solidified her position as a top-tier industrial broker and consistent CoStar Power Broker.
Her illustrious career includes key roles at JLL & Cushman & Wakefield, where she played a pivotal role in the leasing and sales of over 24+ million square feet of commercial space, amassing a remarkable transaction value of $3.5B+. Julia is currently representing a fortune 50 retailer in their quest for two (2) 1.2 million square foot industrial buildings in Central Florida.
Beyond her specialization in industrial real estate, Julia has made significant contributions to office leasing and development. Notably, she played a crucial role in the development of the award-winning Highland Oaks office park in Tampa, overseeing one million square feet of space, including the relocation of JP Morgan’s 450,000 sf Treasury Division to Tampa.
Julia's career highlights encompass her time at JLL, where she procured over 2 million square feet of new industrial development projects and achieved a record-breaking cap rate by selling a six-building industrial portfolio post-COVID. At Cushman & Wakefield, she scaled an award-winning team that sold industrial land, buildings, and leased a 15 million square foot industrial portfolio.
As the market leader at Duke Realty’s Tampa office, Julia contributed to the development of more than one million square feet of industrial space and over one million square feet of office space. With a unique understanding of building site layouts, she spent two-thirds of her career in development, influencing the geographic placement of new products and second-generation industrial space, impacting occupiers and landlords alike. Julia has led local efforts for some of the nation’s largest publicly traded REITs, such as Prologis, Liberty Property Trust, and Duke Realty, playing a vital role in every phase of development and transaction.
