Julie Fisher Berry is a Senior Vice President with the Capital Markets group in CBRE’s Fort Lauderdale office, specializing in investment transactions of signature marina and shipyard properties. With over twenty years of investment sales experience, Julie is recognized as a market leader. Based in the “Yachting Capital of the Word,” Julie focuses on the sale of boatyards, shipyards, marinas, mega yacht facilities and mixed-use assets with a major marina component across Florida and the U.S., the Caribbean, and beyond. Prior to joining CBRE, she led Marina Investments Group, a division of Stiles Corporation. Julie has transacted numerous high-profile marine properties including the largest marina boatyard in the U.S. Her transactional expertise, industry participation, and advocacy work in marine-related issues, along with her philanthropic efforts, have contributed to exceptional relationships with her clients.
