heb Chartered Surveyors were established in 2003 and have since grown to become one of the most proactive independently owned firms within the East Midlands.
The firm specialises in providing advice to a wide range of clients with regard to all aspects of commercial and residential property, however the firms particular expertise in both the valuation and development appraisal sectors.
In 2010, heb launched its Community Infrastructure Levy service and were the first firm of Chartered Surveyors in the country to advise a Local Authority in relation to the implementation of a CIL Charging Schedule. Since then, heb have become one of the leading specialists in this field and are now advising a number of Local Authorities across the UK through its dedicated Nationwide CIL Service.
heb also advise a wide range of public and private sector bodies in relation to strategic property advice and valuations. heb also act on behalf of private corporate clients ranging from national retailers, manufacturing firms and service providers and this enables us to gain a depth and understanding of the property market and the micro economic factors which effects it.
