Bio
Juliette has been a California licensed realtor since 2003, working in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has enjoyed living on the Half Moon Bay Coastside for more than 25 years. In January 2014 she joined Keller Williams Peninsula Estates in Burlingame and has since set up her team’s headquarters in the KW Half Moon Bay Coastside Office. In 2015 she was ranked as the #5 Keller Williams International Individual Agent and recognized as one of The 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Northern California by Real Estate Executive Magazine. Annually, she has been acknowledged as one of the 100 Top Producing Agents in Bay Area Real Estate by LuxeSF (the Luxury Marketing Council of San Francisco) and repeatedly voted #1 Favorite Realtor by the Half Moon Bay Review. Juliette and her team are active members within the Burlingame, San Mateo, and San Francisco office where they have broad resources and influence in Bay Area Communities.
Her proven marketing strategy coupled with strong negotiating skills, will provide the service and results that her clients expect from a real estate professional. In addition to being successful in the buying and selling of homes, she is remarkably familiar with vacant land and the local permitting process. During her real estate career, she has set up a reliable network of experts to help in prepping her clients home for the market - including cleaners, stagers, handymen, painters, landscapers, and inspectors.
Juliette was on HGTV’s “House Hunters” show “A Northern California couple is on the hunt for very unique home” in 2013, has been interviewed on Business Innovator’s Radio Show. She has been featured in an article on Aleteia’s ‘For Her’ website and in 2020 she and her team were chosen as the Real Estate Power Players of the SF Bay Area by American Dream TV.
Juliette is originally from Peoria, Illinois. From the age of 10, she worked in, and eventually managed, one of her family's Italian restaurants. She attended Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, California after attending Trivium School in Massachusetts. She is married to Derek Kulda, who has built 3 new commercial buildings and 17 new homes on the Peninsula. Juliette is the mother of two daughters and eight sons, which makes her familiar with local schools, sports, and family activities on the Coastside.
