June Shepard opened her office in Pine Bush in 1975. Having formerly been with CBS TV in NYC, she decided she wanted to move to a small town to raise her family. She was one of first, if not the only female Real Estate Brokers to start her own agency at the time in the Pine Bush area. In fact, she was the first to introduce Multiple Listing to the Pine Bush. When asked why she chose Pine Bush, June replied “There was something about that town that appealed to me. The people were incredibly friendly, the mountain views were magnificent. It just felt like home from the moment I arrived” Over the years June has sold an unbelievable number of homes, made many friends and become one of the most successful Realtors in the area. On a personal note, June raised her four children in the Pine Bush area.
