She began her real estate career in 1989 at Equis Corporation and in 1991 joined Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate. Prior to entering the field of Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Simonian was employed by the National Sales Division of Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York for six years.
