Justin Davis is a Senior Associate Leasing Agent on the Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Team at Transwestern. He is part of a team representing over 6 million SF of medical and life sciences space across the greater Houston area, and additionally represents multiple occupier groups in the region.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Justin served as a business development specialist in the energy business for 17 years, successfully growing Oil and Gas accounts by fostering key relationships, identifying needs and implementing solutions. He then went on to start his own company focused on redeveloping distressed single family assets in affluent neighborhoods in Greater Houston. He brings a unique skillset, experiences, and deep-seeded relationships with him into his role at Transwestern to support building owners and business owners execute their goals.
