Bio
Leasing executive, industry leader, and commercial real estate developer with over 25 years of experience. Since joining the KRE Group in 2006, Mr. Gingeleskie has been responsible for the deal structuring, negotiation and leasing of KRE’s extensive office, industrial, retail and medical portfolio with an average deal volume of over fifty (50) transactions annually. Additional responsibilities include a leadership role in asset and property management, construction budgeting as well as commercial acquisition.
Mr. Gingeleskie received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from The College of New Jersey and his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
Active NAIOP member and volunteer for Bridges Outreach in Summit New Jersey, a philanthropic organization serving the homeless.
