After spending more than seventeen years with CBRE, Justin has knowledge in many aspects of commercial real estate. He is experienced in landlord (institutional and private) and tenant representation (local and regional); creative office space leasing / trends; lease negotiation; subleasing excess space; market analysis and Owner User building sales. In his career with CBRE, Justin has been involved with over 2,000 transactions totaling over 12,500,000 square feet with a total consideration of over $2 billion.
