A fourth generation Houstonian, Justin is a Memorial Senior High School graduate and a 2013 graduate of Texas Christian University, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and minor in Energy Technology and Management. Justin started at the entry level, June 2005 and moved up to licensed realtor. Assists with property management, real estate development and maintenance. Research prospective commercial and residential real estate acquisitions. Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Performs duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. When he was living in the San Francisco Bay Area, Justin, managed over 400 rental units across 3 multi-family complexes, in three cities. Managed all inquiries and was a liaison between the owners and tenants.
