Mr. Parsonnet was apart of the CB Richard Ellis Southeastern Office Investment Advisors team in April, 2001. After studying corporate real estate at The University of Georgia and working with retail developer Watkins Retail Group, Mr. Parsonnet spent four years with McWhirter Realty Corp. focusing on both office leasing and investment sales. In addition to landlord and tenant representation, Mr. Parsonnet has substantial experience in disposition/acquisition assignments for both domestic and foreign property owners and capital sources.
Mr. Parsonnet coordinates strategic disposition and acquisition assignments for Private and Institutional Capital sources with interests in the Atlanta Region and Southeastern United States. Mr. Parsonnet''''s primary services include identifying aggressive capital for client disposition assignments, advising investors on valuation and asset positioning, and counseling clients on capital markets expectations. This diverse background of Atlanta office market knowledge and regional capital markets acumen provides an additional unique perspective to the Southeast Office Investment Advisors and broadens our platform to better serve our clients.
Since joining CBRE, he has participated in the sale of nearly 2.5 million square feet of properties at a transaction volume of over $200 million.
