Justin Tidwell serves as a Managing Director with Vanguard Real Estate Advisors and focuses on the origination and execution of investment sale assignments throughout the Southwest United States. Mr. Tidwell is involved in all aspects of the investment sale process including deal sourcing, underwriting, marketing, negotiation, due diligence, and transaction management of multifamily and commercial real estate assets.
Prior to joining Vanguard, Mr. Tidwell spent eleven years in the healthcare advisory and consulting industry where he worked directly with hospitals and healthcare systems across the United States to address their needs and is considered an industry expert in contract negotiations, consulting, and marketing. Mr. Tidwell was most recently with Parallon Workforce Solutions which is a division of HCA. Tidwell started his career with Martin, Fletcher & Associates where he was instrumental in growing a small boutique into one of the largest and most well respected firms in the nation and ultimately ascended to the role of Managing Director.
Mr. Tidwell is a graduate of the University of North Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He holds a real estate license in the state of Texas and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
