Justin serves as Associate Director for SVN Tar Heel Commercial Realty, which he joined in 2017, assisting business owners and investors in buying, selling, managing and leasing commercial property. His chief focus is maintaining and enhancing all assets under management. Justin is responsible for a diverse portfolio consisting of office, retail and industrial assets in the Triangle and eastern North Carolina. His unique perspective allows him to maximize investment potential through excellent management, maintenance, and client/ tenant relationships.
Mr. Wilson is a graduate of North Carolina State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with a finance concentration and accounting minor. As an undergrad, he was a recipient of the SIOR Foundation’s Collegiate Attendee Scholarship. Awarded bi-annually to 4 scholars focused on a career in commercial real estate, the scholarship afforded Justin the opportunity to interact with industry leaders from across the globe and learn about emerging trends. Professionally, Justin was chosen as a recipient of the Robert M. Lewis CCIM Named Endowed Scholarship, awarded to those who have shown great dedication, commitment, outstanding achievement and service while pursuing the CCIM designation
