Justin Winters is an associate for Medical Office Brokers, where he is focused on providing leasing and other real estate services in the healthcare industry. Justin’s areas of expertise include third party leasing, market analysis, strategic marketing and advertising and location selection.
Justin received a bachelor’s degree of art in communication with an emphasis in public speaking. He also attended three colleges where he played baseball, including Paradise Valley Community College, Hawaii Pacific University, and Cameron University in Oklahoma. After graduating, Justin returned to Arizona to obtain his real estate sales license.
Justin began his career in commercial real estate working in property management for Eagle Commercial Realty. He assisted four managers that managed over 100 properties, including large office buildings, medical office buildings, industrial flex buildings and retail centers.
With the intent of getting into commercial real estate brokerage, Justin decided to join the research team at Cushman & Wakefield. He quickly moved from an intern position to an analyst position in months, and then oversaw the entire research team within just a year as his teammates moved on to other positions.
Justin worked with over 100 brokers on all their major projects at Cushman & Wakefield as well as delivered quarterly market reports for office, medical office, industrial, retail, multi family, land and housing.
After leading the research department at Cushman and Wakefield, and assisting in the re-staffing process of four positions, including the director, Justin joined Medical Office Brokers to focus his skills and knowledge in the Medical Office field.
Justin’s research background helps him to assess the medical real estate market and solve unique challenges. Being a college athlete and specializing in public speaking, he knows how to go above and beyond, how to be a team player and work to win.
