Kadeem Goodall-Reid joined KBC after having previously worked at SquareFoot where he led a team of tenant leasing advisors on business development and transaction strategy, completing over 120 new lease, renewals and sublease transactions.
From 2014-2018 he worked for CBRE’s northern New Jersey office first as a member of the research department and accelerated into brokerage services shortly thereafter.
Kadeem's skills in optimizing value for his clients include comprehensive market analysis, strategic planning, methodical prospecting, business development and transaction management.
While attending Rowan University, Kadeem was actively involved in numerous clubs and organizations and served as the rugby team captain during his last year.
