Kal, the Director of the business has been a member of the RICS since the early 1990s. After winning a national auctioneering competition in 1992, Kal set up the auction department and has since been conducting 5-7 auction sales a year.
His idea was simple:
“to offer clients expertise that was transparent and impartial and would guide clients on how to buy and sell what is likely to be their biggest single investment”
Kal leads the KSSB team with a goal of refining it’s service and continue being the primary property experts that clients and joint agents come to. It is for this reason that he ensures the and the team keep up to date with new regulations and that the service fully complies with the regulations outlined by the institutions KSSB are affiliated with.
Kal has lived and worked in Leicester all of his life, prides himself on being a community champion and has had dedicated both his time and experience to supporting worthy causes. He is a keen Leicester City supporter, and loves watching football whether that be at premier league or grassroot level. He has been a committee member of a local football team for over 40 years having been one of the original founders.
Kal enjoys spending time at social events networking or conducting a charity auction. At the weekends he can frequently be found reading the newspapers, being given the run around by his grandchildren – generally relaxing and enjoying himself.
