Since 2005 Kamil has been part of Real Estate industry and his Brokerage has closed over 450+ transactions since opening doors in 2007. As the Managing Broker/Owner of his company he manages and supervises a team of 9 Broker Associates that specialize in many different markets; therefore, as a small brokerage we approach each client with "specialized" approach that is custom tailored for specific needs of our clients. Another great aspect of Kamil's experience comes from attending Judicial/Sheriff Auctions. Since 2006 Kamil has attended Judicial/Sheriff auctions in Tri county region of Cook, Will and Dupage where on weekly basis Kamil analyzes the statistics of all Foreclosures in Chicagoland counties in order to measure the supply and demand and keeps his hand on the pulse on the current market trends so he can share the results with all of his clients.
