Kara joined Cushman & Wakefield|Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2018 where she works as a commercial real estate salesperson specializes in the acquisition, disposition and re-development of retail properties, primarily in the Syracuse market and surrounding areas.
Previously, Kara worked with Cushman & Wakefield|Lund Company in Omaha NE as an Assistant Property Manager which encompassed all aspects of property management as well as marketing and leasing condominiums and apartments for a five building, multi-use residential and commercial portfolio. Additionally, Kara’s experience as a Clinical Operations Coordinator for WVU Medicine in Morgantown, WV has produced an inherent understanding of the needs and responsibilities that come with the setup, operations and management within a medical clinic.
Kara graduated from West Virginia University in 2011 where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and International Studies. She is licensed in the state of New York.
