Karen Bray is a Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company. She currently manages Lantana Cooler, 220 S. Congress, and The Shoppes at Lakeline Village.
She began her real estate career with a Developer in the Austin area managing and leasing retail/office centers.
Karen joined Lincoln Property Company in July 2001. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of several office buildings, as well as overseeing tenant build-outs, preparing budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial reporting. Karen received her Real Estate License in 1998, the Real Property Administrator designation with Building Owners and Management Institute in 2005, the Facilities Management Administrator with Building Owners and Management Institute in 2006 and the Certified Property Manager designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2007.
