Karen's southern hospitality is right at home while serving people! After her youngest married, she decided to get her Real Estate license and fulfill her dream of being a realtor! So, she has been licensed and going strong since Feb. of 2016. Thankful to her supportive husband of 33 years, she created a successful Real Estate Career and gets to apply her God given talents to both buyers and sellers that are looking for excellent service from a realtor that communicates and answers her phone.
Thanks to her friends and family, who refer her, 98% of her business has come from their referrals. Her largest compliment is to receive referrals from past clients! She always appreciates recommendations from past clients as this is her report card to those that do not know her or my work ethic. Since buying her lake house at Lake Granbury she has expanded her coverage area from Ellis County to Hood County, as she loves to be there too!
